Tuesday, August 11th is Election Day! Have You Early-VOTED? If Not, Go Out and VOTE Tomorrow!

August 10, 2020 by Preye Cobham, Esq.

GEORGIA: Tomorrow is the Day–Election Day!

Women Watch Afrika hopes you have already VOTED by Absentee Ballot or in-person by Early Voting but if you haven’t, TOMORROW is the day to Go Out and VOTE in the Runoff!

This Primary Runoff has local races: sheriff, judges, district attorney, commissioner, etc. These are positions that will affect our everyday lives.

If you have not already turned in your Absentee Ballot, DO NOT MAIL IT. Go drop it off in the absentee ballot DROP BOX so it can be received TODAY or by TOMORROW, Tuesday, August 11 at 7 p.m.

Or you can take it with you to your polling location and go vote in-person.

Polls will be open from 7 a.m. – 7 p.m.

Go VOTE! Make your Voice Count!

**If you experience any issues or would like to report your voting experience, call the Voter Protection Hotline at 1-866-OUR-VOTE (866-687-8683) or text “OUR VOTE” to 97779.
