The 2020 Census data has now been released, this means the redistricting season is starting here in the state of Georgia. The joint legislative redistricting committees repeatedly claimed that they could not reveal details of how and when the maps will be drawn or the timing of the redistricting special session because they did not have the data on hand. With the release of the Census data today, we expect the committees to step up and reveal the details now.
