Greetings!
We hope this newsletter finds you in good health. This has been a very busy and productive year for Women Watch Afrika! Our Preventive Health Advocates and our Men Violence Prevention Class have graduated. WWA has continued to conduct our Citizenship Clinics to help eligible individuals prepare their applications to adjust their status, and have continued to provide our Know Your Rights workshops. WWA’s 2019 Citizenship Preparation Class has concluded–and all Students have Passed their Citizenship Interview & Test and are now American Citizens!!! WWA’s 100% pass rate is still in effect! Our civic engagement work as continued with Voters Education & Registration and Census 2020 Education & Outreach, to name a few. And we have co-sponsored workshops, trainings, and assemblies–it has been a very productive and busy year indeed.
Our work has been possible and successful due to the continued support of our funders, the community, and YOU!
So we are sending out our Save the Date to remind you that Giving Tuesday is almost here. Please remember to include us in your giving! We will reach out to you again on December 3rd (Giving Tuesday) but you can start making your gift today!
Join our movement to continue to work to empower, educate, and elevate the immigrant and refugee communities, to empower women and girls, and to help in the acculturation of refugees, asylees, and immigrants arriving to the United States. Donate to Women Watch Afrika, Inc., and become a part of WWA’s mission to make a difference in the lives of many every day. Every gift counts. Make a gift today! #thestrugglecontinues #humanrights
